第30回AIPPI中松記念スカラーシップ
AIPPI NAKAMATSU SCHOLARSHIP

本奨学金は、永く日本の知的財産の実務界を牽引してこられた故弁護士・弁理士 中松澗之助先生（当協会の前身AIPPI日本部会第2代会長）のご功績を広く伝えることと共に、国際的な知的財産制度の普及・向上を目的として、この分野の留学生に対し、研鑚の一助となることを念願して1996年に設けられたものです。

This scholarship program set up in 1996 is named after the late Mr. Kannosuke NAKAMATSU (2nd President of AIPPI Japanese Group). Its objective is to make widely known his many years of distinguished service as lawyer and patent attorney in the field of intellectual property in Japan and to promote the development of IP systems internationally. We hope this program will be of help to foreign students studying IP law in Japan.

募集要項（Application guidelines）

１． 奨学金贈呈の対象者（Eligible applicants for scholarship）

海外より日本に留学中の、知的財産法（特許、商標､等）を専攻・履修する大学院生、大学生を対象とします。

Postgraduate or undergraduate students from abroad who specialize or take a course in IP law (design, patent, trademark, etc.) in Japan.

２． 奨学金の内容（Awarding of scholarship）

対象人員は原則として年間1名、奨学金の額は50万円とします。

併せて、当協会の月刊会誌「A.I.P.P.I」（月報）及び隔月刊「A.I.P.P.I.」（英文ジャーナル）を1年間お届けします。

500,000 yen to a maximum of one student per year.
In addition, a copy of our monthly journal "A.I.P.P.I." (in Japanese) and bimonthly journal "A.I.P.P.I." (in English) will be delivered for free to the recipients for one year.

３． 応募期限、提出書類、提出先（Deadline for submission of application）

応募される方は、別紙申請書の様式にて応募書類を作成し、2025年5月30日（金）までに下記事務局まで郵送（当日消印有効）又はE-mailにてお送り下さい。使用言語は日本語または英語とします。

To apply for the scholarship, prepare your application (in Japanese or English) and send it by email or by post to AIPPI JAPAN by May 30, 2025 (it must be postmarked by this date).

４． 選考方法・選考結果(Announcement of selection results)

書類選考にて選考を行い、選考結果については、7月上旬頃までに応募者に通知いたします。

なお、奨学金受領1年以内に、知的財産に関する論文を提出していただきます。

The selection results will be notified to the applicants by early July.
The recipients will have to submit a paper about an IP-related topic within one year from the receipt of the grant.
